Kim has always been rumored to have had work done on her face and body, something she has always denied, but then again she denied having a sex tape years ago, and we all know how that turned out. Photos from this event show some very noticeable differences in her face compared to what she looked like in 2006, or even what she looked like just a year ago.
Kim Kardashian has gone wild with cosmetic surgery since she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries. Always obsessed with her appearance, and not shy to have doctors use every available technique to enhance her appearance, it seems Kim has gone into overdrive recently.
