Carmen Electra celebrated her 40th birthday at Crazy Horse III and Posh Boutique Nightclub in Las Vegas Saturday night. She wore a green dress, which featured tons of sparkly sequins throughout the itsy-bitsy dress that hugged Carmen’s body perfectly the way she likes it. She went with glossy pink lips and extra smokey eyes with a hint of bronze eyeshadow, instead of going green with makeup as well.
